Connect your WhatsApp to NaeemCRM

Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Every new chat, including Click-to-WhatsApp ad enquiries, also appears as a lead in your CRM.

Before you start

Have the phone with your WhatsApp Business app next to you, updated to the latest version.
Log in with the Facebook account that is an admin of your business in Meta Business Manager.
Choose "Connect your existing WhatsApp Business app" and enter your business number.
Open the WhatsApp Business app and scan the QR code shown, then choose whether to share recent chat history.

I will not spam anyone, and I will not send more than 3 messages to a person who has not replied. The number I am connecting is a secondary number, not my main official business number. I understand that NaeemCRM is not responsible if WhatsApp restricts, bans or blocks my number.

Messages stay free when customers message you, and for 72 hours after a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. Broadcast lists and disappearing messages are switched off in the app once connected.
