Terms of Service

The rules for using Naeem CRM, the NaeemCRM Android app and the WhatsApp integration.

About the service

Service

Naeem CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) service that Naeem provides to his active marketing clients. Each client gets its own workspace at clientname.naeemcrm.com, the NaeemCRM Android app, and optional integrations such as Facebook Lead Ads and WhatsApp. By using any of these, you agree to these terms.

The CRM is included free of charge while a client’s marketing contract is active.

Accounts and access

Accounts
  • Each staff member gets their own login. Keep your password private and don’t share accounts.
  • The client’s account admin decides who has access and what each person can see. Tell us when someone leaves so we can turn off their login.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the CRM to send spam, or to contact people who haven’t asked to hear from you.
  • Upload data you don’t have the right to use, or break privacy or data-protection laws.
  • Try to access another client’s workspace, break security, or overload the service.
  • Resell or give the service to third parties.

WhatsApp integration

WhatsApp

When a business connects its WhatsApp Business number at naeemcrm.com/connect-whatsapp, the person connecting it agrees, on behalf of the business, that:

  1. No spam. The business will not spam anyone, and will not send more than 3 messages to a person who has not replied.
  2. Secondary number. The connected number is a secondary number, not the business’s main official number.
  3. No liability for bans. NaeemCRM is not responsible if WhatsApp or Meta restricts, bans or blocks the number, for any reason.

The business must also follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms. We record who accepted these points and when. We may disconnect a number that breaks them.

Your data

Data

Each client owns the data in its own workspace, including its leads, customers and messages. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients can ask for an export of their data at any time.

Availability and changes

Service

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and update the mobile app, to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business or lost data, or for actions taken by Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms, including restrictions or bans on accounts or numbers.

Ending the service

Ending

Access ends when the client’s marketing contract ends, or earlier if these terms are broken. After it ends, the client can request an export of its data, and we delete the workspace within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
